At the age of 18 Piet started his commercial career next to his studies and fell in love with the concept of growing by helping others grow too.
30 years later, the passion for sharing his experiences with people who want to get the most out of life and their career is what still drives him today.
For the first 25 years of his journey, Piet worked as a sales & business manager of which 21 years building a solid commercial network for one of the largest insurance groups in Europe helping people achieve their personal, professional and financial goals.
At the end of 2016, the group decided to end its activities and for the past six years Piet has been helping thousands of people in various organizations take their career and business to the next level, acting as trainer, coach and trusted advisor.
During and after the Covid-19 crisis he was also able to make full use of his experience in the role of commercial director for one of the branches of a major player in the telecom market.

With over 20 years of professional experience as an independent consultant and coach, his experience lies in personal coaching and in leadership development for corporate teams.
In addition, Hendrik has also become a trusted advisor of various managers and entrepreneurs.
